HISTORY OF ZIRKWITZ HERE!
 

The Zirkwitz church records were not available prior to 1811 so therefore, our only records for Heuers in this area begin at that time.  

The town of Zirkwitz was established in 1321 and it is very likely that this church was built a very short time thereafter.  First records from this church were found in 1598.

These pictures of the Zirkwitz Kirche  - were taken in September of 1996, the church was under  re-construction at that time.

1811    19 April 1811 Maria Friederique Tanck was born in Zirkvitz. She was the daughter of Joachim Tanck and Maria Elizabeth born Heuer. She was baptized on 24 April 1811 in Zirkvitz and her sponsors were: Joachim Schmidt from Zirkvitz, Dorothea Maria Tanck from Moitzow and Elisabeth Brockhuss –Wife of Peter Tanck from Gutzelvitz. 1812    16 April 1812 

Gottfried Tanck died in Moitzow. His father was Joachim Tanck and his mother was Marie Elizabeth born Heuer. Gottfried was born in 1797 (before the beginning of the filmed records). At the time of his death he was 15 years and 2 months old. FP 34

David Heuer was born to Joachim Heuer and Catherine born Laabs. He was born 03 August 1812 in Kuessen. He was baptized on 09 August 1812, and his sponsors were: Jochem Friedrich Stuwer from Klein Zapplin, David Treichel from Kussen and Maria Winters. FP 28

 Johann Friedrich Heuer was born in Johannishof. His father was Johann Carl Friedrich  Heuer and his mother was Dorothea Sophia born  Gaedtke. His sponsors for his 26 September 1813 baptism were the following: Gottfried Prey from Pribbernow, Gottlieb Gaedtke from Rensekow and Louise Kohlhofs from Pribbernow. FP 49

1814    20 August 1814 

Dorothea Sophia Heuer born Gaedke died in Johannishof. She was buried on 23 August 1814 in Zirkvitz church cemetery. Her husband, Johann Friedrich Heuer survived her. She was 25 years at the time of her death. FP 68

1815    17 July 1815 

Johann Carl Friedrich Heuer, 45, born 1770- a budner from Johannishof , married Marie Elizabeth Gusten ,20, from Chinnig by Dunnow. The date of marriage was 17 July 1815 and it took place in Johannishof. It was the second marriage for Johann Carl Friedrich, but the first for Marie Elizabeth. FP 89

 Maria Elizabeth Tanck, born Heuer, died in Moitzow. Her surviving husband was Joachim Tanck. Maria Elizabeth was 45 years old at the time of her death, having been born about 1773. FP 88

Friedrich Ludwig Heuer was born to Johann Carl Friedrich Heuer and his 2nd wife, Maria Elizabeth born Gusten. He was baptized on 17 February 1816 and his baptismal sponsors were: Carl Ludwig Retzlaff from Schwirsen, Carl Friedrich Bartelt and Maria Juliana Bartelt born Steffen. FP 92

1819            May Friedericke Louise Ruhnke, daughter of Christian Ruhnke and Dorothea Weber was confirmed in May, 1819 in Zirkvitz.  Her date of birth, given on this record, is 25 November, 1804  FP 142  She was the first wife of Johann Friedrick Heuer.
1820  18 December 1820 Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Brockhuss was born to Gottfried Brockhuss and   Friederica Woldt. Baptised on December 24, 1820, his sponsors were: Johann Gottlieb Tanck, David Woldt and Louise Brockhuss Heuer.  Louise was the aunt of the infant.  FP149
1822     24 March 1822Carl William Friedrich Heuer was born 24 March 1822 in Zirkvitz to Johann Friedrich Heuer and Dorothea Sophia Heuer. The child was baptized on 31 March 1822 in Kirkvitz and the sponsors were: Johann Christian Wohlgas, Gottfried Heuer and Johanna Friedrike Bartelt. FP 180
                  May 1822Catharine Sopia Ruhnke, daughter of Christian Ruhnke and Dorothea Weber was confirmed in May of 1822.  She was 14yrs. and 7 months old.  Her date of birth on the confirmation record was 3 February 1808.  FP189

 Friedrich Gaulke, 50, from Moitzow, born about 1773, married Friederike Marie Louise Heuer, 18, born about 1805, daughter of Friedrich Heuer. The marriage was performed in Moitzow. FP 198

Carl Gottlieb Heuer, son of Christoph Heuer from Gutzelvitz was confirmed in August of 1824. He was 14 years and 11 months, which made his birth date 29 October 1809, in Carnitz. FP 213

 Johann Friedrich Heuer, born about January 25 1789, from Kahlen, Kreis Cammin, was married to Engel Riebe, daughter of Casper Riebe. Johann was an invalid due to military service. They were married in Zirkvitz. FP 212

1825    May 1825 Marie Friedericke Tanck was confirmed in Zirkvitz. Her parents were the late Joachim Tanck and the late Marie Elizabeth Heuer.  Marie Friedericke was born in April 1811.  FP227

Albertine Wilhelmine Henriette Heuer was born in Kahlen. She was the daughter of Johann Friedrich Heuer and Engel born Riebe. She was baptized on 16 July 1826 and her sponsors were: Johann Joachim  Riebe, Dorothea Hinz Wolf, and Louise Buth born Bartelt from Schwirsen. FP 231

Gottlieb Friedrich Ferdinand Siewert was born to Friederike Siewert (Widow Heuer) a resident of Zirkvitz. There was no father’s name listed. The child was baptized on 26 August 1826 and his baptismal sponsors were: Gottlieb Kressin from Carnitz, Gottfried Mailand and Hana Elizabeth Tesh. FP 232

 Maria Louise Heuer, born Radloff, died in Moitzow. She was survived by her husband, Christian Friedrich Heuer and two children. At the time of her death  she was 50 years, 4 months and 14 days old. Her date of birth was about October 6, 1776.  She was not born in Carnitz. FP 245

              21 February 1827 Marie Caroline Friedericke Heuer was born in Kahlen on February 1827 to Martin Heuer and Louise Brockhuss.  She was baptized on 15 June  and had the following sponsors: Joachim Friedrich Brockhuss, Caroline Sophia Draeber, Married to Tanck from Parpart, and Maria Caroline Louise Tanck from Neides.   FP 243
                 21 April 1827 Christian Friedrich Heuer, 53, born about 1774, from Moitzow married Maria Louise Mueller, 23, daughter of Joachim Mueller. They were married in Moitzow. Christian’s first wife died in February and he remarried in April FP246

Dorothea Maria Ruhnke, born Weber, died on  9 April 1828.  She was buried in Zirkvitz on 12 April 1828.  She was the wife of Christian Ruhnke and the mother of Friedericke Louise and Catherina Sophia Ruhnke.  At her death, she was 44 years, 9 months and twenty-three days old.  FP273

Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Heuer was confirmed in Zirkvitz. His father was Christian Friedrich Heuer. Carl Friedrich Wilhelm was 14 years and 4 months at the time of confirmation. FP 276

                 10 June 1828 Wilhelmine Friederike Louise Ruhnke was born, out of wedlock, to Mariea Friederike Ruhnke.  She was baptized on 15 Jun 1828 with the following sponsors:  Gottlieb Heuer from Parpart, Dorothea Elizabeth Zirbel, from Kahlen and Marie Elizabeth Weber form Zirkwitz.  FP 276
             29 November 1828 Johann Friedrich Heuer, (20) oldest son of budner Martin Heuer and Louise Brockhuss from Parpart married Friedericke Louise Ruhnke (24) daughter of Christian Ruhnke and the late Dorothea Weber from Kahlen.  They were married on 29 Novermber 1828 in Kahlen.  FP276
               3 December 1828 The child mentioned above Wilhemine Friederike Louise Ruhnke, died on 8 December in Kahlen.  She was 5 months, and 25 days old.   Cause of death was epilepsy.  For the death records the fathers name is given as Johann Friedrich Heuer.  FP 275

 Hanna Ernestine Wilhelmine Heuer was born 06 April 1829 in Moitzow to Friedrich Heuer and Maria born Mueller. She was baptized on 12 April 1829 and her baptismal sponsors were: Friedrich Mueller from Moitzow, Albertine Wilhelmine Mueller born Besch and Christine Mueller. FP 278

 Johann David Broitzmann ,46, married Johanna Friederike Juliane Heuer,39, the widow of Joachim Friedrich Heuer, the tailor in Parpart. The marriage took place in Parpart. Johanna Friederike Juliana was first married to Martin Buitzman (school teacher) from Gumtow. They were divorced, at which time she married the tailor, Joachim Friedrich Heuer, 27 August 1821, son of Christoph Heuer and Maria Eichhorst. They had one son, born 25 October 1823 and died in June of 1824. FP 287

1832     23 February 1832 Johann Carl Friedrich Heuer was born in Moitzow. His parents were Friedrich Heuer and Maria Louise born Mueller. He was baptized on 25 February 1832 in Moitzow.                23 April 1832Friedericke Louise Heuer born Ruhnke, died on 23 April 1832 in Zitzmar.  She was the wife of Johann Friedrich Heuer.  At the time of her death, she was 27 years, 5 months, and 28 days old.  She was survived by her husband and one son.  FP 262
               6 October 1832 Johann Friedrich Heuer, the widower above, married Catharine Sophia Ruhnke, daughter of Christian Ruhnke and the late Dorothea Weber.  Catharine is the sister of his first wife, Friedericke.  Johann Friedrich Heuer and Catherine were married on 6 October 1832 in Zitzmar.  FP264

 Wilhelmine Henriette Louise Heuer was born on 17 November 1834 in Parpart. She was the daughter of Johann Gottfried Hinz, a farm worker and servant, and Albertine Wilhelmine Dorothea born Heuer. Her baptism on 19 November 1834 had the following sponsors: Michael Scheer, a farmer from Parpart, Christine Louise Hinz born Prey and Engel Wegner born Gauger. This child was deemed illegitimate and baptized with her mother’s name, because her parents were not married at the time of her birth. They were married one month later, on 17 December 1834. She later took the name of "Hinz". FP 16

          17 December 1834Gottlieb Hinz, 30, born about 1804 in Muddlemow, a son of Ernst Friedrich Hinz, married Albertine Wilhelmine Dorothea Heuer, 23, the daughter of Charlotta Heuer, herself a former servant girl, also born illegitimately about 1811. This couple were married in Parpart, and already have a daughter, Wilhelmine Henriette Louise (Heuer) born on 17 November 1834. FP 20
1836     12 July 1836August Ferdinand Heuer was born in Tressin on 2 July 1836 to Johann Friedrich Heuer and Catherine Sophie Ruhnke.  He was baptized on 10 July 1836 and his sponsors were Gottfried Brochuss, Johann Ruhnke, and Friedericke Kicker Heuer, wife of Carl Gottlieb Heuer from Pustchow.  FP 034

Engel Heuer born Riebe died in Kahlen. She was buried on 10 February 1839 in the Zirkvitz church cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Johann Heuer, from Kahlen. She was 48 years at the time of her death, which was caused by consumption. FP 300

Johann Friedrich Heuer, 52, whose first wife, the former Engel Riebe, died on 07 February 1839, remarried on 07 June 1839 to the Widow Beck. She was formerly Maria Elizabeth Haack, daughter of Joachim Haack. They were married in Kahlen. FP 304

         June - Oct 1839Between June & October Ernst Friedrich  Baumgart from Zoldekow and Friederike Wilhelmine Heuer, daughter of Friedrich Heuer, from Schwirzen, have announced their plans to marry. Since Zoldekow and Schwirzen are both in Kreis Cammin, this announcement is for a church in Kreis Greifenberg. The marriage of these two will be found in the records for the church in Schwirzen. August Ferdinand Hermann Heuer died in Kahlen. He was buried in the Zirkvitz church cemetery. His father was David Heuer from Kahlen. The child died from epilepsy at the age of 4 years 3 months and 14 days. He was born in March 1837. FP 325

          15 October 1841 Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Heuer, 26, from Borntin , born 12 May 1814, married Caroline Louise Friedericke Brandt, 23, born about 1818, a daughter of Peter Brandt from Johannishof, where they were married. FP 329

01 January 1842, Albertine Wilhelmine Dorothea Hinz, born Heuer, died in Zitzmar. She was buried in the Zirkvitz church cemetery. She is survived by her husband Gottllieb Hintz and two children. She died at the age of 27 years as a result of complications from childbirth. She occasionally dropped her first name "Albertine" so she has been harder to track. FP 345

1843    27 February 1843 

Johann Friedrich Heuer, from Kahlen, died in Kahlen, and was buried in the Zirkvitz church cemetery. Johann Friedrich was born on 25 January 1786. The cause of his death was uncertain, due to injuries suffered in the service. He earned the Iron Cross for this service. He was married twice: first to Engel Riebe and then to Maria Elizabeth Beck, born Haack, daughter of Joachim Haack. His wife, Maria Elizabeth, survives him along with two children from his first marriage, Albertine and Johann. At the time of his death he was 57 years, 11 months and 2 days old. FP 361

 

           19 March 1843  Johann Wilhelm Paape, 24, from Greifenberg married Johanne Ernestine Wilhelmine Heuer, 18, in Zirkvitz. He is the son of Michael Friedrich Paape and she is the daughter of Freidrich Heuer from Gedde. FP 414
1847    11 January 1847  Ernestine Friederike Drews was born in Parpart to Johann Friedrich Drews and Maria Elizabeth born Gauger. This girl will marry Carl Wilhelm Friedrich Heuer in May 1872. FP 408

 Johann Heuer died in Kahlen. He is survived by his widow, Marie Elizabeth born Haacke. At his death he was 55 years, 10 months and 11 days old.  FP 428
